Hi, I'm Luke.

I'm an experienced specialist in technology operations in the financial services industry, currently on the Operations team at Adyen in Amsterdam. I take pleasure in gaining and sharing technical knowledge as much as I scale processes for products and businesses. I also have a lifelong passion for finance, structural and industrial design, and industrial processes.

I run Big Theta, a fellowship that funds and mentors Nigerian undergraduates pursuing careers in tech, and I invest through Guild Capital. Along the way I've taught at SDC Startup School and Hebron Startup Lab, and worked with or consulted for Jetseed, Pertinence, NSML, Olotu Square, and First Bank Nigeria.

I hold an MBA from Imperial College Business School and a background in Computer Science from Covenant University, with a license in Ship Management from the City of Glasgow College and the Maritime Center of Excellence. Outside work I write essays on life, mental models, and my faith, and I'm usually building something new.
